GPS Data and Projects

GPS Projects : GPS or Global Positioning Systems are used in a wide variety of projects by CAST research teams and their collaborators. Everything from quality control of airborne laserscanning surveys in the Bayou Meto region of Arkansas to to providing geospatial data for geophysical surveys on archaeological projects to mapping the positions of light poles or sidewalks in urban communities to support better planning and development uses GPS. This section of the GMV provides links to just a few of the projects where we work with GPS surveying.
